Steam Fresh Processing
We are passionate about the quality, nutrition and food safety of our products.
For this reason we have developed an unique method of cooking that delivers the best possible nutrition, the maximum taste and, most importantly food safety, guaranteed for every single Pro-Pak ready meal. We call "Steam Fresh Cooking".
We prepare our recipes in our kitchen, then immediately transfer the dish to its pack. The meals (now sealed in their packs) are cooked in our special ovens using a state of the art process called steam fresh cooking. This process not only adds quality to the products by keeping in essential vitamins and flavours, it also ensures the products are completely food safe. The products are then rapidly chilled, ready for despatch the following day to our customers. Under this system the freshness is locked into the pack and the meal maintains it's taste and quality for up to 21 days. The food safety of the product is guaranteed for even longer.
