It produces a wide range of ham, beef and poultry products for the pre-pack market and deli counter and our flexibility in production enables us to produce a diverse flavours.

Pre-pack

We provide a varied range of ham products for the pre-pack market, from standard wafer thin and standard packs through to premium whole muscle and natural leg products, hand sliced if required for the very best traditional quality. Our premium range of products include traditional flavours such as Wiltshire cured, honey roasted plus a wide range of finishes and coatings such as peppered, mustard.

Deli

We produce hams for the deli counter ranging from cured pork shoulder, rare roast beef to premium hand carved Wiltshire style hams.We can produce for particular occasions such as Christmas and Deli hams can be supplied in whole or half joints as well as pre-sliced formats.
