Annabel Karmel meals are produced using a state-of-the-art process called steam fresh cooking. This process not only adds quality to the products by retaining essential vitamins and flavours but also ensures the products are completely food safe. This means the consumer is 100% protected against pathogenic bacteria such as Ecoli, and Salmonellae as they are all destroyed during the steam fresh cooking process. The products are then rapidly chilled, ready for despatch the following day to our customers. Under this system the freshness is locked into the pack and maintains it's taste and quality for up to 18 days. The food safety of the product is guaranteed for even longer.
